Bianco Labs is the personal workshop of Ronnie Bianco in Columbus, Ohio. Here I experiment with modern desktop 3D printers, test new materials, and turn ideas into finished pieces — from sports display helmets to functional parts and experimental designs.
What began as tuning printers and testing materials quickly turned into creating custom sports display pieces, functional accessories, and experimental designs. Many of the helmets and articulated models shown here started as printer tests that evolved into finished projects worth sharing.
Today Bianco Labs continues to focus on practical, real-world printing and sharing lessons learned through the blog.
